Rock Prime Blown Loft Insulation

Rock Prime Blown Loft Insulation is a mechanically installed Rockwool Loft Insulation granulate that offers quicker installation than rolls and causes minimum disturbance. Unlike other loft insulation products, it also minimises thermal bridging.

Like blown cavity wall insulation, Rock Prime Blown Loft Insulation is an insulation that is installed using a machine which pumps the material up to the loft. A bag of Rock Prime insulation is put into a machine located outside of the house and blown through the hose into the loft. Rock Prime blown loft is compatible with other insulation types and can also be used in top-up situations. Rock Prime Blown Loft Insulation offers quick effective installation with minimum disturbance to the buildings occupiers. Ancillary components such as loft hatch surrounds and depth gauges provide you with the peace of mind that the material will do what it is meant to do.

Unlike traditional roll insulation, Rock Prime Blown Loft Insulation requires no heavy lifting, cutting or manual fitting – it is therefore unlikely that the loft hatch would need to be enlarged to enable the contractor through to install the insulation.
